To provide the artworks as whole line required, artworks should be in AI/Eps/Pdf format, once sample is available, give approval for production without delay.

The prices may change out of expiry date stated in quotations.

The price of the products only includes one sample request, additional samples with additional charges.

If changes made after the start of the sampling, extra charges will be collected, also the delivery date and the production may be changed accordingly.

For orders, under US$1000.00, an extra charge of US$150.00 should be collected as operation charge.

For orders under US$3000.00, full invoice amount should be paid before production,.

For orders over US$3000.00, 50% deposit is required, and the balance should be paid before shipping.

Both cooperated parties should use confidential information of the other solely for the purpose described in this agreement. Whole line should not use the confidential information form the customer to communicate with the end user or any third party, the customer should not communicate directly with the factories whole line trading working with, except as approved by either counter party.
